China-Iran Trade Turnover Falls 56.7% as Conflict Raises Costs

China’s General Administration of Customs data showed trade turnover between China and Iran down 56.7%. Chinese imports of Iranian products during the Q2 reporting period were worth $415.5 million, and the upcoming BRICS summit in New Delhi could bring another push for de-dollarization from China, Russia, and Iran.
