These days, I've been seeing a bunch of screenshots of "airdrops just for interacting," and I get a bit itchy to join in, but I have to remind myself: don’t treat interactions like clocking in at work… Honestly, I first ask myself, "Would I still use it if there were no airdrops?" If not, then forget it.

To prevent over-enthusiasm, I have two main strategies: First, don’t give permissions carelessly; if you can use it all at once, don’t grant unlimited access; second, layer your wallets—use a separate wallet for interactions to cover learning costs, and keep your main wallet out of it. As for FOMO, I set a limit for myself: pick one or two protocols I genuinely want to try each week, and when I’m done, I withdraw.

Recently, the narrative around AI Agents and automated trading has been pretty hot. The more exaggerated it sounds, the more I want to slow down… Automated interactions sound convenient, but who’s backing your safety? Anyway, I care more about validators not messing up—losing a bit of profit is okay, as long as I can sleep well at night. If someone needs to remind me to hit the brakes, feel free to give me a nudge.
