Overcoming Bad Temper

How to conquer irritability? How to become the master of your emotions? Today, I will share three secrets to help you not get angry.
First, don’t hold grudges against marriage. The essence of marriage is ordinary and dull, and there is no one hundred percent perfect person in this world, nor a perfect marriage. So no matter who you are with, in the end, you are only with yourself.
Second, don’t hold grudges against friends. If friends betray or hurt you, it’s not their problem, but yours. Either your self-worth isn’t enough, and you’re not valued enough by others; or you are too kind, repeatedly teaching them how to hurt you. Adult friendships only filter, not change; only accept, not force.
Third, don’t hold grudges against your children. Poverty is not the father’s fault, filial piety is not less than brothers’, hardship is not the wife’s fault, and anger should not be directed at the child. If your child excels, let them spread their wings and fly; if they are ordinary, then cherish and enjoy their presence.

Two parts understanding, three parts letting go, five parts love. Not punishing yourself for others’ mistakes is the way to be the master of your own emotions. May everyone smile lightly, love gently, walk steadily, take setbacks and gains in stride, cherish what you have, and not waste time or oneself.
