I can't hold spot positions, and I always want to add to my contracts, so in the end I either sell too early or get liquidated... To put it simply, position management boils down to one thing: set aside the "money to stay alive," and then tinker with the rest. The part you can sleep peacefully about is your position; if you can't sleep, it's gambling.

Recently, there's been a bunch of new L1/L2 projects offering incentives to boost TVL, and veteran users in the group are complaining about "mining and selling." I find it quite true: the more you want to quickly recover your costs, the easier it is to chase highs and get caught up. My approach is a bit more straightforward: try with just a small portion each time, accept losses as tuition, and when you win, withdraw the principal first, leave a record, and don't let emotions control your moves.

Anyway, don't go all-in, don't risk your life, having an exit plan is better than anything. We'll talk more next time.
