Wu said that Aave stated that it has established a recovery fund with ecosystem partners to support the rsETH asset-backed recovery. The plan covers relevant DAO voting, coordination among protocol parties, and execution arrangements. It has also reached agreement with KelpDAO and LayerZero on the technical implementation path. The specific recovery plan and user guidance will be announced later.
