Just finished practicing yoga, and after my heartbeat calmed down, I went back to checking the on-chain activity. Suddenly, the whole idea of an AI Agent felt very much like “autonomous driving”: it can drive, but if something really goes wrong, a person still has to hold the steering wheel. For example, it can help me watch prices, do batch transactions, and automatically sign and execute—but in the very second before signing, I still have to confirm for myself: whether the address is correct, whether the authorization was granted again with an unlimited allowance, whether the Gas is outrageous, and whether the route somehow ended up in a weird pool. Recently, around the time of the upgrade/maintenance of that mainstream public chain, people in the group have been speculating whether the project will migrate. But I actually want to dial the automation down a bit instead: if the chain hiccups, the robot keeps running; in the end, though, it’s still me who gets blamed. To put it plainly, an Agent can be diligent for me, but it can’t be responsible for me.
