Lately, airdrop interactions have been heating up again, but I’m really a bit afraid of being front-run… Honestly, I’m just treating it like nurturing a potted plant now: I’d rather water less than randomly sow seeds. If I can avoid signing permissions, I avoid signing; if I can use a small account or small amounts, I do. When I see those “recharge first to unlock tasks” things, I usually just withdraw immediately, to avoid risking my principal for a few cents of profit.

FOMO isn’t completely absent either, especially with social mining and fan tokens, that “attention equals mining” approach. I keep refreshing and want to join, but then I get hit with a bunch of tasks that need refreshing/retrying/queuing, and my patience wears thin. In the end, I still don’t even know who I’m working for… Anyway, I prefer to spend my time on stable pools and small structured positions. It’s slower, but I can sleep better.
