Recently, there’s been a surge of social mining, points, and badges, looking lively, but it actually feels like treating "identity" as a workplace punch card. The big players are surprisingly calm; on-chain, you can see they don’t really do tasks, mostly just pick a few useful entry points to embed tracking, get the qualification and leave, moving their positions decisively.

To put it simply, points are the platform’s KPIs, not your assets. You spend two hours a day signing in, sharing, commenting, and in the end, just get a small icon, but your emotions are being led around. Recently, modularization and the DA layer storytelling have developers excited beyond measure, while ordinary users are often confused, which is normal. The more this stage, the easier it is to use "identity storytelling" to first draw people in. Anyway, I’m currently watching two things: whether there’s a clear exit path for points, and whether on-chain interactions are leaving a backup plan for ourselves. The rest, for now, that’s it.
