Putin: Gradually establishing a security zone along the border area with Ukraine
On April 21st local time, Russian President Putin stated during a meeting with municipal representatives that security zones along the border with Ukraine are being gradually established, and Russia will continue to push forward until the threat to neighboring areas is eliminated.
