Recently, I've seen everyone complain about miners/validators' income, MEV causing unfair ordering, and I also feel a bit annoyed, but honestly, there are only two things we retail investors can control first: don't lose your seed phrase, and don't sign anything randomly.

I've always considered seed phrases as "things that never connect to the internet," so I never touch screenshots, cloud drives, or chat records. I keep two handwritten copies separate—it's troublesome but it's a habit, not some innate talent.

As for signing authorization, many phishing sites don't trick you into transferring funds but lure you into clicking "authorize/sign," then set permissions to last forever...
My red line now is: if I don't understand it, I don't sign; if I can choose an limit for authorization, I don't pick unlimited; after interaction, I quickly revoke the authorization.
Anyway, taking a bit more time doesn't matter—living longer is what counts.
