Tianfu Communication Announcement: The wholly-owned subsidiary Singapore Tianfu plans to sign a “Joint Venture Agreement” with SuperX and APEX VERVE LIMITED to jointly establish SuperX Optical Communications Pte. Ltd. The joint venture’s capital contribution is 2 million SGD, with Singapore Tianfu subscribing to 700k SGD, holding 35%; SuperX subscribing to 900k SGD, holding 45%; and APEX VERVE LIMITED subscribing to 400k SGD, holding 20%.
