Chery partners with NVIDIA to develop the robotics track
On April 23, 2026, Chery Automobile announced a global strategic partnership with NVIDIA, with both parties jointly developing and deploying physical AI in the three major fields of assisted driving, cockpit AI, and robotics. In the autonomous driving sector, Chery will use NVIDIA DRIVE Hyperion platform for L3/L4 intelligent vehicles in the Chinese market; in the cockpit AI field, Chery will develop a new generation of intelligent experience based on NVIDIA DRIVE. In other cutting-edge areas such as embodied intelligence, Chery will utilize NVIDIA Jetson platform-based humanoid robots and diversified intelligent robot platforms, employing the open robot simulation framework NVIDIA Isaac Sim and the open humanoid robot development platform NVIDIA Isaac GR00T to explore new domains of embodied intelligence.
