Someone asked me, when you're itching to chase the rally, how do you restrain yourself?

I usually pause for ten seconds first, then ask myself: Is this position driven by information or emotion?
Honestly, if there’s real information, you’d be calculating slippage, gas, and settlement paths;
Pure emotion only leaves you with "If I don’t buy now, I’ll miss out," and then you rush in, paying a fee that gets cut first.

Recently, airdrop season has made everyone feel like clocking in at work,
Task platforms are full of anti-witchcraft measures and points systems that make people even more anxious,
The more you scroll, the more you feel “I have to recover my losses.”
My simple approach now: when emotions rise, cut the amount in half,
Add only if it can be verified on-chain, otherwise pretend you didn’t see it…
Don’t believe stories, check the settlement first,
Anyway, I can’t afford impulsiveness with this small amount of money.
