US Media: Iran is open to negotiations with the US but will not abandon uranium enrichment activities

Golden Finance reports that on April 25th, according to The Wall Street Journal, a senior Iranian diplomat stated that Iran is open to negotiations with the United States but will not abandon its uranium enrichment activities. Iran’s ambassador to India, Mohammad Fathali, posted on social media on Saturday: “Negotiations can only yield proper results when our opponents acknowledge our right to peaceful nuclear energy.” The report states that the United States is currently seeking to have Iran suspend its uranium enrichment program for up to 20 years.
