Just now I suddenly felt an itch to keep chasing, and the mouse was almost down-clicked—then I stopped myself and asked: Am I seeing new information, or am I getting pushed into it by those green-and-red market bars? To be blunt, it’s often the latter… Especially recently, everyone has been hard-wiring ETF fund flows—plus that bit of risk appetite in the US stock market—into a “seemingly inevitable logic.” The more you hear it, the easier it is to get impulsive and add to positions.

I’ve got a simple, “low-tech” method: first, save screenshots of key on-chain/bridge data; after an hour, review them again. If they still hold up then, I’ll move. If not, I’ll just treat it as my own emotional ups and downs and call it a day. No matter how fast a bridge is built, it still needs to be stable.
