Verizon (VZ) CEO awarded new phantom stock in deferred plan

Verizon CEO Daniel H. Schulman has been awarded 197.535 units of phantom stock as part of a deferred compensation plan, with each unit referencing a value of $13.47. These units are economically equivalent to a portion of common stock but are settled in cash rather than shares.
