Just heard the story of Wesley, a famous poker player who is also active in crypto trading, encountering something quite scary. His iPhone received a notification that there was an unknown tracking device, but he initially ignored it. Until he checked his car and really found a suspicious device under the engine. He immediately reported it to the Los Angeles police.
What's interesting is that ZachXBT directly DM'd him offering help to escalate to the FBI. Wesley said he's a bit paranoid and grateful for the assistance. Then he reminded other crypto communities that if they get such notifications, don't ignore them—check around and upgrade security.
Incidents like this really make you think, especially for people involved in poker and the crypto scene. Many say this might be targeted crime. Hopefully Wesley is safe and the police can catch whoever is behind it.
