Just now, I got itchy again and wanted to chase a rally, my mouse almost clicked down, but I forced myself to stop for two seconds and ask: Am I seeing some new information, or am I being carried away by the K-line sentiment? Honestly, it's often just FOMO, automatically imagining in my mind "If I don't get in now, I'll miss out." Recently, those testnet incentives, tokenomics expectations, and guesses about mainnet token launches are the same. When the group gets heated, I want to add to my position, but upon reflection, I haven't even fully read the rules... so what's the rush?

And what's most annoying is that when impulse strikes, I don't even care about Gas fees anymore, they’re as high as fines. For now, I’ve decided to write down the reasons I want to buy today in a memo: what’s the source of information, how much can I verify, and if no token is launched tomorrow, will I still buy? If I can't write it out, I won't act—going to sleep first.
