Mango Markets attacker Avi Eisenberg's address reappears with on-chain signatures sparking community concern
Odaily Planet Daily reports that Arkham posted on the X platform stating that Avi Eisenberg, the attacker who profited approximately $110 million in 2022 by manipulating the Mango Markets price oracle, has recently signed transactions again on-chain, sparking widespread community attention. Avi Eisenberg previously exploited a vulnerability in Mango Finance to carry out “high-profit trades,” then threatened to attack Aave, and was also liquidated on Curve for attempting to liquidate others’ positions. After the incident, he was arrested and imprisoned. Now, his address has reappeared with on-chain activity, and the market is speculating whether he has returned to the crypto market, but no further details have been disclosed at this time.
