At the news conference on the economic performance of Guizhou Province in the first quarter of 2026, it was learned that, based on the unified accounting results for regional gross domestic product, the province’s regional GDP in the first quarter totaled 5867.43 billion yuan. Calculated at constant prices, it increased by 4.7% year on year. Of this, the added value of the primary industry was 499.33 billion yuan, up 5.1%; the added value of the secondary industry was 1964.95 billion yuan, up 5.4%; and the added value of the tertiary industry was 3403.15 billion yuan, up 4.2%.
