How does the Chinese Embassy’s evacuation operation ensure the safe transfer of compatriots?

Currently, the security situation in the Middle East is highly tense, with a very high risk of escalation and expansion of hostilities, which could threaten civilian facilities such as schools, power plants, and industrial parks. According to media reports, the Port of Haifa, Rehovot station, Yarkon Bridge, Itzre’el Tunnel, and multiple roads connecting Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Haifa may be targeted. The Chinese Embassy in Israel once again reminds Chinese citizens in Israel to strengthen safety precautions and evacuation measures, and to stay away from key infrastructure such as airports, ports, power plants, stations, refineries, as well as military-sensitive facilities, major universities, research institutions, factories, and transportation hubs. Strictly follow the security instructions from the Israeli rear command, avoid complacency, refrain from unnecessary outings, and upon hearing mobile alerts and air raid sirens, immediately seek shelter in protective facilities to ensure personal safety. In case of emergencies, please contact the police promptly and get in touch with the Chinese Embassy in Israel.

On April 7th, our embassy will organize another group of Chinese citizens (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan compatriots) to evacuate through the Taba border crossing in Egypt. Please compatriots in Israel, especially those in high-risk areas, scan the QR code below to register personal information in a timely manner and prepare accordingly.
