Shaanxi Jinye releases an earnings report, achieving a total operating revenue of 1.4B yuan in 2025, a year-on-year decrease of 3.11%; net profit loss of 224 million yuan, compared to a net profit of 42.0156 million yuan in the same period last year. During the reporting period, the company’s operating income slightly declined year-on-year, but operating profit, total profit, net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company, net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, and basic earnings per share all declined significantly year-on-year, mainly due to: first, provisions for impairment of goodwill and other long-term assets at the end of the reporting period; second, the subsidiary Xi’an Mingde Polytechnic College, which belongs to the company’s education business, increased its operational costs such as daily teaching expenses and personnel costs to further improve educational quality and strengthen the construction of a high-quality teaching staff; third, the company’s cigarette distribution industry experienced a decline in net profit due to intensified market competition in the cigarette label business, decreasing bidding prices for cigarette label products, and product structure factors.
