I just found out that Perplexity.ia released their own personal computer, a modified Mac mini that runs 24/7 nonstop. The interesting part is that it keeps everything connected between apps and sessions, so you can work without interruptions. Perplexity integrated their AI directly into the hardware, no external dependencies. They opened a waitlist for the first users. Honestly, it sounds like the next natural step for AI tools, although I don’t know if many people need a machine running all the time. Does anyone else think this is the future or just an expensive experiment?
