Golden Finance reports that on April 24, the three major U.S. stock indices opened higher across the board, with the Dow Jones up 0.02%, the S&P 500 up 0.4%, and the Nasdaq up 0.73%. Intel rose about 23% to a record high; the company expects second-quarter revenue of $13.8 billion to $14.8 billion, compared with the market’s estimate of $13.04 billion. AMD rose more than 10% and Arm rose more than 8%. Nvidia’s stock price rose 0.11%, Google-A fell 0.49%, Apple fell 0.61%, Microsoft rose 0.47%, Amazon rose 1.42%, Meta Platforms Inc Class A fell 0.34%, Tesla rose 0%, and Netflix fell 0.92%.
