CryptoWorld News: Former Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger has transitioned to become the Executive Chairman and CTO of Gloo Holdings, a company focused on selling AI products to churches and Christian organizations. Gloo is headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, and currently has over 140k church and ministry leaders using its services. The company projects revenue of $190 million this year, up from $90 million last year, but with a net loss of $159 million. Gelsinger and CEO Scott Beck have both reduced their annual salaries to $1. Gloo’s product line covers the entire church operation process, including AI chatbots, personalized messaging, and short video production. Gelsinger has partnered with AI startup Valkyrie and the Bible translation organization Biblica to develop over 1,200 test questions covering faith, finance, and interpersonal relationships, evaluating nearly 30 mainstream models. The results show that while these models perform adequately on general questions, they all fail in the faith dimension. Gelsinger is presenting these results to AI lab leaders, advocating that models should offer options aligned with a Christian worldview.
