Trump's lawsuit against the U.S. Treasury Department and the IRS faces court questioning

Golden Finance reports that on April 25th, local time April 24th, U.S. President Donald Trump’s lawsuit against the IRS and the Treasury Department was questioned by the court. U.S. District Judge Catherine Williams pointed out that, given Trump’s actual influence over both parties in the lawsuit, there is doubt whether the case involves a “genuine adversarial dispute,” and she requested the Department of Justice to submit a written explanation by May 20th, clarifying how the court has jurisdiction to hear the case.
