The U.S. military claims to have intercepted an Iranian vessel heading toward an Iranian port
Eastern Daylight Time, April 24th, the U.S. Central Command posted a statement on its official social media account saying that one of its missile destroyers, which was carrying out a blockade of Iranian ports, intercepted a vessel attempting to sail to an Iranian port during the mission. The vessel was flying the Iranian flag. U.S. President Trump stated on the 13th of this month that the U.S. has imposed a blockade on all ships entering and leaving Iranian ports starting from 10 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on the 13th. Iran stated that the U.S. blockade of Iranian ports is an act of war and violates the ceasefire agreement. (CCTV News)
