Reporters learned today (23rd) from the State Administration for Market Regulation that in the first quarter of this year, market regulation departments organized special actions such as intellectual property enforcement, further strengthening governance in key areas, key commodities, and key markets, actively exerting the deterrent effect of administrative law enforcement, effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of rights holders and consumers, maintaining market order, and creating a favorable business environment. Various special actions have investigated nearly 113k related cases, including 7k cases of trademark infringement and counterfeit patents, and about 14k law enforcement actions targeting high-incidence and frequent infringement and counterfeiting in key physical markets.
