Zelensky claims to have submitted a Easter ceasefire proposal to the U.S.
CCTV reporters learned that on the 3rd local time, Ukrainian President Zelensky publicly commented on the Easter ceasefire. Zelensky stated that Ukraine has officially submitted a proposal to the United States regarding a ceasefire during Easter, and it is currently unclear whether the U.S. has the conditions and opportunities to pass the information to Russia. He mentioned that Ukraine saw Russia’s response through media channels, and it seems that Russia is not willing to accept a ceasefire. Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine’s proposal for an Easter ceasefire remains valid, and Kyiv has not withdrawn this request.
