OpenAI Prepares 'Hermes' Agents Feature for ChatGPT

According to monitoring by Beating, Tibor Blaho, who closely follows AI products like ChatGPT, posted that OpenAI is preparing an Agents feature for ChatGPT codenamed ‘Hermes’. Screenshots reveal that ChatGPT will introduce an agent builder called ‘studio’, which supports creating agents from templates, setting scheduled runs, and adding Slack channels, apps, skills, files, memory, and instructions to agents. The homepage at chatgpt.com/agents states ‘Keep work moving 24/7 with agents’; the new page offers templates such as ‘Team chat Q&A’, ‘Morning planner’, and ‘Bug triage’; the editing page features buttons for ‘Create’, ‘Schedule’, ‘Preview’, as well as entries for ‘Browse apps’, ‘Add skill’, ‘Upload files’, and ‘Memory’. OpenAI has not officially announced this feature yet, and access to chatgpt.com/agents/studio/new is still blocked by a Cloudflare challenge; however, the route has preloaded frontend resource names like ‘builder’, ‘templates-modal’, ‘slack-handle-view’, and ‘skills-modal’, which align closely with the modules in the screenshots.
