Spot holdings can't be held, futures get liquidated, to put it simply, it's not that you're slow on the trigger, but that your position is too confident. My straightforward advice: first treat yourself as a "fool who can make mistakes," and only take positions that you can afford to make mistakes with. If you want to leverage, first calculate the losses you can bear, then decide whether to place an order; otherwise, one needle in the market can bleed you dry.

The "patch" I've recently applied to myself is also very crude: split the position into smaller parts, stop when you lose, don't rush to add more to prove yourself. The inflation + studio + coin price spiral in blockchain games looks like in perpetuals when the funding rate is high, someone is always eager to use it as fuel... Anyway, I’d rather earn less than be the main character in the next liquidation screenshot.
