Pakistan: The trilateral talks will be assessed after the Pakistani side meets with Alaghzi.
Golden Finance reports that on April 25th, according to Axios news reporters, a Pakistani official stated that the focus of the meetings held today and tomorrow in Islamabad with Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi is to restart negotiations with the Trump administration. The trilateral talks with the United States will be evaluated after our meeting with Araghchi. Araghchi is expected to travel from Islamabad to Muscat, Oman, and then to Moscow, so it is currently unclear when he will meet with the U.S. envoy. Two sources said that the U.S. envoy’s meeting with Araghchi might take place on Monday, April 27th, before which Kushner and Witkoff will hold bilateral talks separately with the Pakistani mediator.
