New JuFeng: Shareholders Suzhou Houqi and Qingdao Haisi plan to reduce their holdings by 1.5% and 1%, respectively

New Jufeng Announcement: Shareholder Suzhou Houqi, holding 6.25% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.5% of the company’s total share capital, i.e., no more than 6.36M shares, within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement disclosure, through centralized bidding and block trading. Additionally, within any consecutive 90 natural days, the reduction through centralized bidding shall not exceed 1% of the company’s total share capital, i.e., no more than 4.24M shares; the shareholder Qingdao Haishi, holding 9.92%, intends to reduce no more than 1% of the company’s total share capital, i.e., no more than 4.24M shares, through centralized bidding during the same period.
