The governor of Russia’s Samara Region in the southwest, Fedoryshev, said early on the 23rd that industrial enterprises in the city of Novogubyshevsk were attacked by Ukrainian drones, killing 1 person and injuring several others. According to a statement from Russia’s Ministry of Defense, from 8:00 p.m. Moscow time on the 22nd to 7:00 a.m. on the 23rd, 154 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones were intercepted and destroyed, with the locations including the Samara Region, Astrakhan Region, Belgorod Region, and others.
