Lately, I've been a bit obsessed with grinding testnet points.

It was originally just for practice, but the more I played, the more I started thinking, "What if I can exchange something in the future"...
Honestly, when expectations rise, people tend to treat time and emotions as capital.
My stop-loss is pretty simple: after two days of tasks making me irritable, staying up late, and still thinking about adding interactions, I just stop for a week, even revoke wallet permissions.
Last night, I even had the impulse to uninstall that testnet tool, but then I thought, better to just turn off notifications + delete the link from bookmarks, leaving an escape route but not letting it occupy my mind.
Recently, I heard that some regions are raising taxes, and regulations are tightening and loosening unpredictably, with deposit and withdrawal expectations constantly changing.
In times like these, it's best not to treat "practice" as a "certain opportunity," and just stick to the rhythm.
