Yili Hua: Current Cryptocurrency Market is in a Bear Market Rally, Mid-term Risks for Strategy
On April 22, Yili Hua, founder of Liquid Capital (formerly LD Capital), stated that the rally is continuing as expected, and discussions about the rally point are ongoing. This situation requires a step-by-step approach. Compared to the recent highs of the S&P 500 and the strong buy signals from MicroStrategy, the current rally in the cryptocurrency market appears relatively weak, clearly exhibiting characteristics of a bear market rebound. In recent days, I have particularly studied the risks associated with MicroStrategy. Its aggressive financing and cryptocurrency purchasing strategy may be effective in the short term, but could pose risks in the mid-term, especially during times of macroeconomic financial risks. We must always be prepared for a potentially significant opportunity. There is no need to be pessimistic about the cryptocurrency market; opportunities in this space have always existed during bear markets, while bull markets are characterized by happy entries and losses upon exit.
