Golden Hair La Bi’s announcement: the performance commitment obligors under Guangdong Hanfei Hospital Investment Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Wenmei Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise, and Huang Zhaobiao received the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau’s 《Administrative Supervision Measures Decision Letter》. From 2021 to 2024, Hanfei Investment’s net profit did not meet the performance commitment. Guangzhou Wenmei and Huang Zhaobiao, as the performance compensation commitment obligors, failed to timely fulfill their performance compensation commitments. The Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take regulatory measures requiring them to make corrections.
