Directors Plant, Tyagarajan remain on Jabil (NYSE: JBL) board
Jabil Inc. announced that directors John Plant and Tiger Tyagarajan will remain on its board despite failing to receive a majority of votes at the 2026 annual stockholders meeting. Following conditional resignations, the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Board reviewed their qualifications and contributions, ultimately deciding their continued service is in the best interests of the company and its stockholders. Both directors will serve until the 2027 annual meeting unless they resign earlier or are removed.
