The Eurasian Economic Union’s final sunset review recommendation on anti-dumping duties for aluminum strips originating from China and Azerbaijan is to maintain the 2020 anti-dumping tariffs unchanged.
An announcement issued by the Internal Market Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission states that if the anti-dumping duties are lifted, the dumping of the involved products and substantial damage to the relevant industries of the Eurasian Economic Union will continue or recur.
The duty rate for the involved products from Chinese manufacturer Nantong Hengjin Composite Materials Co., Ltd. and other Chinese producers is 13.14%, and the rate for Azerbaijan is 16.18%.
