The Shanghai Stock Exchange officially accepted the application documents from SMIC Microelectronics Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for issuing shares and paying cash to acquire assets and raise supporting funds on April 24, marking the start of the review process for this asset restructuring.
