It also requires that the Secretary to the Board’s fulfillment of duties be embedded into the company’s daily business management and operations processes, clarifying that directors, senior executives, and relevant departments should actively cooperate with the Secretary to the Board in fulfilling their duties, and improving the reporting mechanism for inadequate performance in fulfilling these responsibilities.
