Libert: Net profit of 219 million yuan in 2025, down 9.13% year-on-year
Libert announced that in 2025, operating revenue will reach 2.62B yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 24.95%; net profit will be 219 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 9.13%. The company plans to distribute cash dividends of 0.50 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares based on the total share capital registered on the equity distribution registration date, after deducting shares from the company’s repurchase dedicated securities account. No bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be converted into share capital. This proposal is still subject to approval by the company’s 2025 annual general meeting.
