Adjust the body, sitting or standing naturally is fine.
Adjust the qi, breathe naturally, and do not pay attention to breathing while practicing.
Adjust the mind, meditate quietly, focus your awareness on the heart, and unify with the heart (or with the red qi in the heart).
After a while, swallow fourteen mouthfuls of saliva, guiding the intention into the heart.
Afterward, swallow three more mouthfuls of saliva.
Use the mind to send it into the Dantian (if there is no fluid, rinse the mouth and swallow again).
