$INX If it breaks upward, it will definitely make a new high and deliver double; if it can’t break upward, it’ll pull back a little, then dump—pull back a little, then dump again. Once it finishes selling, it’ll slide downward in an endless drift, adding more and more as it goes, turning everything into zero in that kind of “add on the way down” style.

If it can't be pushed up, it's just to lure more buyers to sell at a higher price.
If the big whales really wanted to push it up, they'd just make a single spike so you wouldn't dare buy, only dare to short.
They wouldn't give you a chance to get on board at all.
Slowly pushing up, then rapidly dropping to trap and deceive buyers into entering.
