The Israeli military claims to have killed approximately 1,000 militants in Lebanon over the past month.
On April 3rd, local time, the Israel Defense Forces announced that over the past month, the IDF has struck more than 3,500 targets within Lebanon, killing approximately 1,000 militants. The statement said that currently, the IDF is led by the 91st, 146th, 36th, and 162nd divisions to carry out ground operations in southern Lebanon, in coordination with air and naval strikes, targeting militants, weapons storage facilities, launch sites, and command and control centers. The IDF also stated that it has struck five key bridges, which are used to transport weapons and personnel from northern Lebanon to the south. Additionally, the IDF claimed to have targeted assets and fund storage points related to the “Charitable Loan Alliance,” alleging that the organization uses civilian funds to support Hezbollah in Lebanon.
