Over the past couple of days, I’ve been messing around with AI Agents to help me handle on-chain tasks. It does save some effort, but let’s be real—someone still has to stand by and cover the risky parts… And the most critical steps? It really can’t do them right. For example, during the signing step—I’d rather watch the pop-up myself to make sure I understand what contract it is and what permissions it’s asking for. Especially those “unlimited authorization” cases: I manually change the amount down to the smallest possible limit, even if it’s only 3 USDT.

As for cross-chain transfers, bridges tend to cause trouble out of nowhere. When the Agent rushes, I actually get scared. I’d rather click everything myself, then wait an extra 30 seconds to confirm. Oracle issues are the same—if it glitches and shows abnormal quoted prices, everyone just grinds through the shared agreement of “waiting for confirmation.” I don’t pretend either. I pause the task first, then come back later to catch up… It’s fine if the side tasks move slower; just don’t let one big wave wipe out the main account.
