Lately, I've been grinding testnet points and it's getting a bit exhausting... It was originally just for practice, but once I start calculating in my mind "how much I can exchange," my actions start to distort. My stop-loss is pretty simple: set a maximum amount of time/fees for each project, and when I reach it, close the webpage and don't argue with myself; also, don't open more addresses than necessary, because if I have too many active addresses, I can't remember them all, and it becomes more troublesome if issues arise later.

The group is also sharing rumors about stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and some de-pegging rumors. Honestly, watching too much makes me anxious. Now I just focus on fund flow and on-chain activity. When my emotions spike, I don't click links or add positions; I go to sleep first... If I make a mistake, I delete the chart, anyway no one is watching me argue.
