BofA, EY Strike $2.5M Deal To Settle MOVEit Breach Claims
Bank of America and EY have reached a $2.5 million settlement to resolve claims stemming from the May 2023 MOVEit file transfer application breach. The settlement will benefit approximately 200,000 individuals impacted by the data breach and comes as part of multidistrict litigation.
