Hainan plans to allow the withdrawal of housing provident fund to pay property management fees

On April 20th, the Hainan Provincial Housing Provident Fund Management Bureau announced on its official website the “Notice from the Hainan Provincial Housing Provident Fund Management Bureau on Conducting Property Fee Withdrawal from Housing Provident Fund Business (Draft for Comments),” proposing to carry out the property fee withdrawal from the housing provident fund business. From April 20th to May 20th, public opinions are being solicited.
The draft states that the conditions for this withdrawal are that the depositor’s family has no outstanding housing provident fund loans or interest-subsidized loans in our province.
Once a year, they can apply to withdraw housing provident fund to pay for property fees of a self-occupied residence under their family name within Hainan Province. (Hainan Daily)
