Just saw an update about the XRP rich list, turns out the threshold to enter the top 10% of holders is now only 2,350 XRP. A significant drop from 3,300 XRP a year ago, so it seems more and more people are interested in XRP.

The number of XRP wallets has increased from 5.2 million to 7.2 million in the past year. But according to the latest data, the addresses have already reached over 7.8 million. To be in the top 1%, you need at least 50,000 XRP—only about 71,000 wallets can accumulate that amount.

Interestingly, analysts say there’s a possibility that institutions are starting to take XRP seriously, like Grayscale and JP Morgan, which are reportedly looking into it. If XRP’s supply starts tightening due to institutional accumulation, the price could rise. Some also estimate that if XRP reaches Bitcoin’s market cap, its price could hit $35. But this is still speculation, depending on adoption and future regulation.
